You should contact the Clermont County Communications Center at 513-732-2231, to have an officer either call you or respond to your location. You can contact the police department front office at 513-752-4100 M-F 8am - 4pm, for questions about non-criminal or administrative matters.
Can I get a copy of a offense, incident, or accident report taken by the Pierce Township police Department?
Yes. To obtain a offense, incident, or private property (i.e. a parking lot) crash report you can stop by the front office, M - F 8am-4pm; or print, fill out, and fax/mail a public records request form to the police department.

Is there a curfew resolution for juveniles?
Yes, the current resolution 99-005 states that curfew violations are:
*If a juvenile remains in any public place or on the premises of any establishment within Pierce Township during curfew hours.
Curfew hours are: Sunday night - Friday morning (11:00 pm - 5:00 am; Friday night - Sunday mornings (12:01 am - 5:00 am)
*If a juvenile remains in any public place or on the premises of any establishment within Pierce Township at any time when that minor is required to be in attendance at an elementary or secondary school.
*If a juvenile is (a) under suspension from or has been expelled by, any elementary of secondary school, and (b) remains within 1000 ft of any school building within Pierce Township between the hours of 6:30 am and 3:00 pm on any day when school is in session in that school building.
